JDM Freshman Kaymen Ziegler joins AUTV Sports Break as anchor

Digital Media Journalism major Kaymen Ziegler is used to performing for an audience. She is a decorated and experienced dance competition person. In fact, she joined AU's Dance team this year as a first year undergraduate. All of this experience will pay off for Kaymen as she made her debut as the Friday AUTV Sports Break program anchor. WRDL, JDM Faculty, Staff and Students win 2026 AU Leadership and Service Awards

On Sunday April 19th, Journalism and Digital Media department students, staff, faculty and co-curricular media organizations were honored at the 39th Annual Leadership and Service Awards event. Here are the nominees and winners: WRDL 88.9 was the winner of the Student Organization of the Year Kelly Meyer was the winner of the Emerging Faculty Member of the year Dashia Johnson won the Community and Belonging award JDM nominees were----John Skrada, Derek Wood, Kelly Meyer, Dana Krukovska, Aubrey Wood, Drake Crumley, Taylor Davidson, Chaden Sampson,and Joe Monteith. Both AUTV and The Collegian were nominees for Student Organization of the Year.
